Communities and networks are hugely important to me, so I am affiliated with / help out with events like Launch48, MozFest, and TechJPR whenever I can and dedicate much of my spare time to helping other members of the tech startup scene in London, UK.
I’m a marketer, self-taught IT guy, self-confessed motorbike nut, DnB raver, wannabe journo and ale drinker. I’m interested in identity, memory, affiliation, and social capital.

monsieurledan.com is a bookshelf, a library, and a refuge. This post outlines what inspired its inception. I’ve developed a bit of a process to this – I consume lots of content, clip the good stuff to this shared Evernote Notebook, and then when I have a few pieces on the same topic and some commentary to add of my own, I’ll post it here on monsieurledan.com
